Three areas we know deeply, and care about personally.
Growing up comes with big feelings — and sometimes those feelings show up as worry, withdrawal, meltdowns, or trouble at school. We offer age-appropriate counselling that meets kids and teens where they are, using conversation, play, and practical tools rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Hormonal and life-stage changes can bring genuine, often under-acknowledged shifts in mood, identity, and mental health. Mind Time offers a space to make sense of what you're experiencing — whether that's the fog and irritability of perimenopause, or the complex emotions of pregnancy and the postnatal period.
Raising a neurodivergent child — whether autistic, ADHD, or otherwise wired differently — is rewarding, but it can also be relentless: appointments, advocacy, meltdown after meltdown, and often very little support left over for you. This is a space specifically for parents and carergivers, not a service about "fixing" your child.
