No referral is needed to see a counsellor at Mind Time. You're welcome to book directly, whether for yourself, your child, or as a family.
We work with children, adolescents, and adults. Session style and length are adapted to age and need — younger children are often supported through play-based and creative approaches alongside conversation.
In-person sessions are available across the South West of WA. Telehealth sessions are conducted via a secure video call and are available to clients anywhere in Australia — many clients find telehealth just as effective, with the added flexibility of not needing to travel.
Bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling are all managed through our online booking system. You'll receive confirmation and reminder details by email once your appointment is booked. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations where possible.
Yes. Everything discussed in session is kept confidential in line with the ACA Code of Ethics and Practice, with the standard exceptions required by law — such as a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is legally required.
