About Mind Time

A small, dedicated team you can get to know

Mind Time is a Western Australian counselling practice built on the belief that mental health support should feel personal — never like a waiting room.

How we work

What you can expect from a session

1

An unhurried first chat

We start by listening — to what's brought you in, what you've already tried, and what you need this to look like.

2

A plan that fits your life

Whether that's weekly sessions, a school-holiday check-in, or telehealth around a newborn's nap schedule.

3

Honest, evidence-based support

Practical strategies grounded in current research, delivered without jargon or judgement.
