Mind Time is a Western Australian counselling practice built on the belief that mental health support should feel personal — never like a waiting room.
Carrie founded Mind Time to bring together her clinical training and a genuine belief that people deserve support that meets them exactly where they are.
With over 20 years of experience, Carrie holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counselling from ECU Western Australia. Carrie has contributed time as a volunteer in suicide crisis support and perinatal depression and anxiety, further strengthening her understanding of people experiencing significant life challenges. Carrie is a Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
We start by listening — to what's brought you in, what you've already tried, and what you need this to look like.
Whether that's weekly sessions, a school-holiday check-in, or telehealth around a newborn's nap schedule.
Practical strategies grounded in current research, delivered without jargon or judgement.
